Myopattering™ is a Pilates-based system of exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body placement. We work on core strength (abdominal and back), foot and ankle strength, hip stability, hamstring strength and flexibility, and upper body strength. We work on Reformer machines and can accommodate 15 people per class which makes classes easy to follow, fun to do, and cost effective. Your body can start to change and feel results after the first class.
